Sabal Palm Villas is a residential neighborhood located on the road to Sorobon, East of Belnem. It is a secluded area with a central entrance and about 60 family homes. Distance to the beaches is aprox. 2 minutes by car.

Crown Park is a subdivision of 25 lots at the foot of Seroe Largoe where Sabadeco will offer three types of homes for sale: The Christie, an 163 m2 home, the Nicole, a 150 m2 home and the Tessa, a 127 m2 home.
